Did anyone know my grandparents, Layton and Mamie Snyder of Sciota?

I am looking for the decendent's of Patrick Joseph Reilly born Scotland in 1866. He married Mary Laughlin in 1884 in Scotland & emigrated to America settling in Scranton. They had six children Jennie, Joseph, Agnes, Angela, Esther, & Frank. Frank had one son that I know of who was also called Frank, he would have been born around 1928. All the children were born in Scranton. Any help please, would be very welcome, thank you.
